The AGILE 5G or LTE failover system creates a wireless, multi-channel WAN connection. The 2 and 4-channel 5G or LTE routers from Agile use independent radios, each supporting 2 or 4 separate 5G or LTE connections. Combining the 5G or LTE connections into one channel increases data speeds and maintains sessions even if a 5G or LTE connection drops. When the wired internet connection is back, traffic automatically switches back to it. Because 5G or LTE networks now offer comparable speeds and costs to wired internet, 5G or LTE provides a cost-efficient WAN link.
